Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and pay the invoice to keep going. If you don't, the account is paused, but nothing is deleted: the clinic owner can still sign in to pay or to download all the clinic's data.
How do we pay?
By ABA, KHQR or bank transfer: scan our QR code or transfer to the account shown in Settings → Subscription, then upload the slip. We confirm the payment and your plan continues.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades start at once and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
Is our patient data shared with anyone?
No. Each clinic has its own separate database. DentaFlow staff cannot open your patient records.
